The winboxmy Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. winboxmy will verify your age as part of the account verification process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the matter reported to the relevant regulatory authority.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the winboxmy Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. winboxmy does not represent that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all locations. Members located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law are not permitted to register or play.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the winboxmy Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You must notify winboxmy of any changes to your registered information promptly.
winboxmy is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its licensing obligations. You may be requested to submit a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, or other documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in restrictions on withdrawals and, where required, account suspension pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winboxmy account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. winboxmy will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
You must notify winboxmy support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. winboxmy will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
winboxmy recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. All account communications are transmitted over 256-bit SSL-encrypted connections.
winboxmy accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX-connected Malaysian bank accounts (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated. winboxmy does not accept deposits from third-party payment instruments — the account used for deposit must belong to the registered Member.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. winboxmy processes withdrawal requests in accordance with the processing times stated on the Platform. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval; bank transfers are processed within the same business day for most Malaysian banks. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. winboxmy reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to wagering requirements as set out in the applicable promotion terms. Real-money funds deposited without a bonus applied are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC compliance.

winboxmy reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event where an error in odds, lines, or game parameters has occurred, or placed in circumstances that constitute match manipulation or fraud. In such circumstances, the stake will be refunded to the Member's account balance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winboxmy shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment. winboxmy's total aggregate liability to any Member for direct losses in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
winboxmy does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability. winboxmy will not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability.
winboxmy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be published on this page with the date of last revision. winboxmy will notify registered Members of material changes via email or Platform notification at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance, in which case they may take effect immediately upon publication.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under winboxmy's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the winboxmy Platform, you agree to first contact winboxmy's support team to seek resolution through our internal dispute process. If the matter cannot be resolved through internal process within 30 days, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures available under winboxmy's licensing framework. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
